We're seeking a Behaviour Support Area Manager to lead, mentor and support a growing team of Behaviour Support Practitioners while maintaining a small clinical caseload. This is an exciting opportunity to influence clinical excellence, develop high-performing teams, and make a real impact across disability services.

About the Role

As the Behaviour Support Area Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in supporting clinicians to deliver high-quality Positive Behaviour Support services while driving team performance, engagement and skilled growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Lead, mentor and support a team of Behaviour Support Practitioners
- Provide coaching, supervision and professional development
- Support clinicians to achieve high-quality client outcomes
- Maintain clinical governance and best practice standards
- Assist with workforce planning, performance management and staff development
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture
- Manage a reduced clinical caseload, including complex cases where required
- Build strong relationships with clients, families and key stakeholders

About You
To be successful you will have:

- Minimum 4 years' experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner or Allied Health clinician
- NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration (Proficient or above)




- Strong leadership, mentoring and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Solid understanding of Positive Behaviour Support and NDIS frameworks
- Current Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, National Police Check and First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
