We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on HRBP to join a dynamic, top performing fashion business known for it's on trend product, loyal community, and collaborative culture.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape and lead the people function, working closely with senior leadership to drive engagement, performance, and sustainable growth.

The Role:

- Own & build on the People function from the ground up
- Partner with Retail Managers and Senior Leaders across performance, ER, culture and people matters
- Lead the implementation of a new HRIS and improve existing People processes and systems
- Oversee key compliance areas including employment legislation, visas, WHS and return-to-work
- Drive practical People initiatives across engagement, development, retention and organisational culture

Experience & Responsibilities:





- Strong experience in a HR Business Partnering role within Retail or another fast-paced workplace
- Solid knowledge of Australian employment legislation, Retail Awards and employee relations
- Confident coaching Managers through performance, conduct and challenging people conversations
- Highly commercial, practical and solutions-focused, with the ability to work autonomously
- High emotional intelligence, resilience and stakeholder management skills; Women's Fashion or Beauty experience highly advantageous
