TEN Recruit are in partnership with a reputable residential home building company. Our client builds both single storey and double storey homes across Perth. With an outstanding name in the industry, they have an opportunity now for an experienced Residential Designer/ Draftsperson to join their team in a senior role.

Your new Role

Your duties and responsibilities will involve:

- Produce high quality single and double storey home designs
- Ensure compliance with developer and shire requirements, R-Codes and BCA
- Provide efficient design solutions to requests
- Producing quality drawings
- Liaise with wider construction team to ensure smooth process
- Create striking elevations using 3D software packages.

About you

- At least 5 years experience in residential design for single storey and double storey homes
- Relevant qualifications - Diploma of Drafting and Design is a must!
- High proficiency in ArchiCAD
- Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for design
- Demonstrated experience offering design solutions to clients
- Familiarity with different construction types (double brick, timber framing, brick veneer).
