The Role

- Prepare civil designs and documentation using 12d across a variety of projects
- Work across subdivisions, commercial developments and infrastructure schemes
- Collaborate closely with engineers and other designers to deliver coordinated outcomes
- Get exposure to projects from early concept through to construction
- Chance to take on more ownership or step into design management responsibilities over time

The Responsibilities

- Deliver accurate and compliant civil design documentation in line with relevant standards




- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects moving
- Contribute to the overall quality and consistency of design outputs
- Support project delivery through clear communication and teamwork
- Assist with ongoing improvements to design processes and systems where needed

The Requirements

- Proven experience as a Civil Designer within a consultancy environment
- Strong proficiency in 12d, with exposure to Navisworks desirable
- Solid understanding of Australian design standards, guidelines and authority requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively within a project team and manage competing priorities
- Full Australian Working Rights
