Our client is a community-focused butcher on the Sunshine Coast, looking for a trade-qualified Butcher to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a customer-facing role where you'll work directly with locals who value quality and service. You'll have a choice of rosters—either four or five days a week—with at least one weekend day included, and a salary of $85,000 to $100,000 plus superannuation depending on which roster suits you best.

- Trade-qualified butchery skills in a welcoming, community-driven environment

Preferred Requirements

- Trade qualification in butchery with proven experience in a retail or wholesale setting
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of cuts, preparation, and food safety standards




- Ability to work customer-facing with a friendly, professional approach
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including at least one weekend day per week
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality in all aspects of the role

Preferred Qualifications

- Completed apprenticeship or formal trade qualification in butchery
- Current food safety and hygiene certification
- Experience in a retail butcher shop or community-focused business
