The Role
Working across multiple locations, this role builds capability on the bar, sets explicit brew standards and partners with managers to embed best practice.
- Train baristas and FOH teams on espresso fundamentals & workflow
- Implement brew specs, dial-in routines and quality checks
- Launch and bed-in new products, equipment and SOPs
- Coach on speed, consistency, waste control and upselling
- Support store leaders to lift coffee KPIs and guest satisfaction
Skills and Experience
- Proven barista expertise with strong training/coaching ability
- Clear communicator; confident running group sessions and 1:1 coaching
- Process-minded: SOPs, checklists, QC and basic reporting
- Stakeholder friendly, partners well with managers and suppliers
- (Highly regarded) Multi-site or multi-venue leadership experience
