As a result, they are seeking a Contracts Administrator to join their collaborative team based in Fortitude Valley.

Working closely with experienced Project Managers and with direct contact with company Directors, you'll play an integral role in the commercial administration of projects ranging from $5 million to $30 million.

Projects include:

- New build Local and State Government works
- Large scale institutional refurbishments such as university and health care projects
- Hospitality projects

Key Responsibilities

- Administration of head contracts
- Preparation and administration of subcontract agreements
- Management of project documentation
- Assessment and administration of contract variations
- Cost tracking and commercial reporting
- Supporting Project Managers throughout project delivery
- Liaising with subcontractors, consultants and clients
- Ensuring contractual compliance across multiple projects

About You

We are interested in speaking with candidates who have:





- Experience as a Contracts Administrator within the commercial construction industry
- Proficiency with Procore (preferred)
- Solid understanding of commercial contracts and subcontract administration
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- A collaborative approach and willingness to work as part of a close-knit team
- Relevant construction or quantity surveying qualifications (preferred)
