Our client, Leap Consulting, is a Perth-based managed IT services provider supporting businesses across Western Australia. With over 20 years of experience, the business provides managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions and strategic technology consulting.
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to join their team.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading sales and marketing strategies to grow the business, strengthen customer relationships and promote Leap Consulting's IT services across Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies and set targets to increase sales, revenue and customer loyalty.
- Lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the organisation's IT services to existing and prospective customers.
- Develop strategies that increase customer engagement, service uptake, brand awareness and loyalty.
- Build and maintain the organisation's reputation and professional image among customers, business partners and the wider community.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Research market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, digital marketing activities and business development initiatives.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations and promotional materials as required.




- Manage and monitor sales leads and opportunities from initial enquiry through to conversion.
- Track sales and marketing performance, prepare reports and recommend improvements to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain accurate customer, sales and marketing records and coordinate with internal teams to support client requirements.
- Contribute to the organisation's online presence, brand development and overall market positioning.

Essential Requirements

- Relevant bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Communications or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant qualification.
- At least three years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, business development or a related management role.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably within the IT or professional services sector.
- Solid organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM and digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

- Experience in managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions or technology consulting.
- Experience with digital marketing, social media, SEO and CRM systems.
- Previous experience developing brand and customer loyalty strategies.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
