The Role

This newly created role is backed by an experienced team of Principals and senior designers ready to mentor you. You’ll be delivering design solutions for residential subdivisions, urban and community developments.

If you’re confident in the basics of road, sewer, and stormwater design and know you want to build your career in subdivision design, this role is the natural next step. You’ll take on more project responsibility, speak directly with clients, spend more time on site, and grow your technical depth with direct support from senior designers and the Design Manager.

What You Need

- Diploma or Associate Degree in Civil engineering (or equivalent)
- At least 5 years’ experience designing within in the urban development sector; ideally in SEQ
- Strong AutoCAD and 12D (or equivalent) design skills
- Good communication skills and a explicit commitment to a career in subdivisions
