Your Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day site operations across multiple work fronts
- Manage and mentor Site Managers, General Foremen and Foremen
- Drive programme, safety, quality and productivity
- Coordinate structural, façade, services and finishes trades
- Manage subcontractors to achieve key programme milestones
- Oversee construction sequencing, logistics and short-term programming

About You

- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or experienced Site Manager




- Delivered commercial or Class 2 residential projects valued at $50M+
- Solid leadership experience managing large site teams
- Excellent subcontractor management and communication skills
- Sound understanding of structures, façade, services and finishes
- Strong knowledge of Australian construction practices and WHS legislation
- Able to drive programme without compromising safety or quality
