The role
You’ll manage a portfolio of SME clients across a range of industries, with responsibility for:
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns
- BAS and IAS preparation
- Tax planning and advisory
- Building strong client relationships
- Working alongside Managers and Partners on complex matters
- Reviewing junior work and supporting their development
- Taking on increasing advisory and commercial responsibility as you progress
What you'll bring
- 3+ years' Australian public practice experience
- Strong Business Services and Tax experience
- Experience managing or working across a client portfolio
- CA/CPA qualified or currently progressing
- Strong technical accounting and taxation skills
- Confident communication and client relationship skills
- Ambition to progress towards Manager
