Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Own and manage all structural works including formwork, steel fixing, post tensioning and concrete
- Coordinate site logistics, materials and labour resources
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, plans, and specifications
- Implement and enforce OH&S; standards across site
- Drive and manage the construction program
- Maintain accurate site diaries and assist with project reporting
- Work closely with the Site Manager to keep site operations running smoothly

Qualifications & Experience:

- 5+ years’ experience as a Structures Foreman




- Strong background in civil, excavation, formwork and structural sequencing
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors, safety and productivity on complex builds
- Hands-on leadership style
- Experience with Procore, Aconex or similar systems preferred
- Brisbane-based with a trade-qualified background
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Highly organised, deadline-driven and detail-focused
- Professional, honest and operating with high integrity
- Strong stakeholder liaison and relationship-building skills
- Positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative team player
