About the Role We are hiring a Business Manager – Care Services to join our team in Dulwich, SA.

It is a high-impact leadership role within the business, with responsibility for driving the performance, quality and growth of our care services, with a strong focus on Support at Home and CHISP services.
You will lead and develop a team, oversee service delivery, drive operational improvements and ensure our clients continue to receive safe, responsive and person-centred care.

Importantly, your contribution will be visible. You will work closely with senior leaders, and the results you deliver, the improvements you make and the positive impact you create will be recognised by senior management across the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery and ongoing development of Support at Home and CHISP services.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Care Services team.
- Manage day-to-day operations, service delivery and competing priorities.
- Drive strong client outcomes while supporting sustainable service growth.
- Manage performance, supervision, development and workforce requirements.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, employees and key stakeholders.
- Monitor client needs, incidents, complaints, risks and service quality.
- Ensure services meet relevant Aged Care, quality, safeguarding and organisational requirements.
- Use data,



reporting and operational insights to identify gaps and improve performance.
- Drive continuous improvement across care delivery, systems and processes.
- Work closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities for service improvement and growth.

About You We are looking for an experienced Aged Care leader and strong people manager, ideally with direct experience across Support at Home and CHSP services.
You will bring:

- Proven leadership or management experience within Aged Care.
- Strong understanding of Support at Home services and CHISP.
- Excellent people leadership and team management capability.
- Confidence managing performance, change and difficult conversations.
- Strong understanding of person-centred care, quality and safeguarding.
- Ability to manage operational performance while maintaining quality client outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving capability.
- Confidence using reporting and data to drive operational improvements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
- A proactive, accountable and solutions-focused mindset.
