Role & Duties

- Manage your very own, small portfolio
- Outsourced inspections
- South of river portfolio location
- Liaise with tradespeople and coordinate maintenance
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants & contractors
- Conduct property inspections when required

About You





- A minimum 12 months industry experience
- Perfect for someone coming out of an assistant or inspections role
- Property Management Registration
- Unrestricted WA drivers licence
- Initiative, drive & passion for the industry
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
