The Company is seeking a Head of Strategic Transformation to lead and drive the success of its most critical strategic initiatives. This high-impact leadership role is not just about developing strategy but ensuring its effective execution and delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and addressing underperforming initiatives, working with senior executives to restructure and replan projects, and developing practical recovery paths. Additionally, the role involves providing targeted execution support, advising on the optimal allocation of resources, and building organizational capability by identifying and addressing recurring execution challenges.The ideal candidate for this role will have a background that includes at least 5 years in a leading strategy consulting firm, 2 years in a transformation role,



and experience in influencing executive and C-suite stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving, executive communication skills, and the ability to influence without direct authority are essential. The Head of Strategic Transformation will be expected to have a solid ability to deal with ambiguity and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
