TAG have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Coordinator to join a leading Australian manufacturing and logistics operation in Canning Vale, WA. Location: Canning Vale, WA
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (Some overtime may be required)
Employment Type: Casual with potential for permanency

We are currently seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join a busy transport operation. This is a outstanding opportunity for someone with transport industry experience who is looking to take the next step in their career.

About the Role
Working as part of a collaborative team, you will help coordinate daily transport operations, monitor driver activities and ensure schedules, documentation and compliance requirements are maintained.

No two days will be the same, so we're looking for someone who can stay organised, think on their feet and adapt quickly when plans change.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor daily fleet and driver activities
- Assist with scheduling and transport planning
- Communicate instructions and updates to drivers
- Monitor driver movements and ensure tasks are completed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Complete data entry and administrative tasks
- Assist with transport compliance requirements
- Respond to issues and changes throughout the day
- Work collaboratively with the wider transport team
- Provide coverage for similar roles at the O'Connor site during periods of annual or personal leave

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

- Previous transport industry experience




- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills
- The confidence to provide direction and instructions to drivers
- The ability to monitor and manage changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills
- A collaborative and adaptable approach
- An understanding of transport compliance is highly desirable
- Previous scheduling experience is highly desirable

Training will be provided, so we're also open to candidates looking to take the next step in their transport career, provided they have the right industry background, attitude and willingness to learn.
