Fish House Steak & Grill is seeking an experienced Full-Time Restaurant Supervisor to join our Front of House management team. You will supervise and lead FOH service, maintain high customer service standards, support and motivate the FOH team, and help create a positive, accountable and professional team culture.

Key responsibilities

- Supervise and lead FOH service
- Maintain high customer service standards
- Support, train and motivate the FOH team
- Manage a section when required
- Handle guest enquiries and service issues
- Complete evening cash-ups and restaurant closes on the Restaurant Manager's alternate days
- Help create a positive, accountable and professional team culture

About you

- Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Senior Waiter or similar role within a quality restaurant workplace
- Good food and wine knowledge




- Confidence leading a team
- Genuine passion for hospitality
- Takes pride in what you do and leads by example
