As an Interior Designer at Besa Homes, you’ll guide clients through their interior and exterior selections, bringing creativity, design expertise and a strong understanding of materials together to create beautiful, personalised homes.

Working across luxury custom builds, you’ll develop considered design solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, budget and construction requirements.

Collaborating closely with clients and internal teams, you’ll help deliver an exceptional design journey and homes that reflect the quality and vision of Besa Homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead client colour and selections appointments for interior and exterior finishes

Develop creative, cohesive design concepts for luxury residential homes

Guide clients through materials, colours, fixtures, fittings, cabinetry, electrical and lighting selections

Provide design advice that reflects client preferences, current trends and architectural style

Recommend products and upgrades that balance aesthetics, functionality, value and budget

Prepare design presentations, mood boards, colour palettes, renders and product schedules

Maintain strong knowledge of residential materials, finishes and products

Stay informed about emerging design trends, materials and industry innovations

Liaise with suppliers regarding products, ranges and specifications

Assist with the development and maintenance of the Besa Homes selections studio

Contribute to product range and upgrade recommendations

Accurately document client selections, variations, approvals and specifications

Maintain accurate selection schedules, renders and documentation within company systems

Review plans and specifications to identify potential design and construction issues

Ensure design documentation is completed accurately and within required timeframes

Collaborate with sales, drafting, estimating and construction teams throughout the project

Resolve selection-related queries and assist with variations during pre-construction and construction

Build strong,



skilled relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Manage client expectations around budgets, product availability and construction requirements

Deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting the smooth progression of projects from contract through to construction

Skills & Experience

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Interior Designer, Colour Consultant, Selections Consultant, or similar role

Relevant qualifications in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related discipline are desirable

Strong understanding of residential construction and design principles

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong customer service and relationship management capabilities

High attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Revit & Microsoft Office Suite experience is desirable but not essential.

Familiarity with Enscape, AutoCAD or other design and presentation software is an advantage
