Ready to lead a store where people, performance and product come together?
We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a fantastic team for a globally recognised sports and lifestyle brand in Chatswood.
This is a hands‑on role for a leader who loves being on the floor, developing their team and creating a store customers want to come back to. You’ll have real ownership of the store, with the support of a well‑established global business behind you.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Lead, coach and develop your team
- Drive sales and deliver against store targets
- Create an exceptional customer experience
- Lead from the front and stay connected to your team
- Coach and develop your people to reach their potential
- Take ownership of the day‑to‑day running of the store
- Maintain solid standards across stock, VM and operations
- Build a positive, high‑performing team culture
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous Store Manager experience
- A confident, hands‑on people leader
- Strong commercial and sales focus
- Someone who enjoys coaching and developing a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment
- Sports, footwear or lifestyle experience is highly regarded
