Assistant Store Manager at Papinelle, a luxury sleepwear and loungewear brand. This is a hands‑on role for someone who leads from the floor — actively selling, styling, coaching and inspiring the team while supporting the Store Manager to drive exceptional customer experiences and strong store performance. You will help bring the Papinelle experience to life, where every interaction reflects the story, style and feeling behind the products.

Key responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in driving sales, KPIs and store performance

Lead from the floor; selling, styling, coaching and inspiring the team

Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects Papinelle's warmth, style and luxury

Coach the team across product knowledge, styling, service and selling

Support training, onboarding and ongoing team development

Assist with stock, visual merchandising and day-to-day store operations

Take ownership of the store and team when the Store Manager is not present

Help create a positive,

You lead by example, actively selling, styling and coaching the team while creating a warm and inspiring store environment

You have a strong eye for fashion and styling, with the ability to sell the story, feel and lifestyle behind every Papinelle product

You create warm, genuine and memorable customer experiences and inspire your team to deliver the same

You understand sales targets and KPIs and know how to motivate a team to achieve strong results

You take pride in store presentation and support across stock, visual merchandising and day-to-day operations
