The Opportunity

An prospect has opened up for an experienced Construction Supervisor to join the Sienna Homes team in the North West

n

Reporting to the Area Construction Manager, your responsibilities will include:

n

- Manage site activity in-accordance with the construction program
n
- Manage subcontractors and site labour activity on a day-to-day basis
n
- Take the lead role in on-site safety, including monitoring and correcting non-compliant activities or behaviour
n




- Ensure a high level of on-site communication and teamwork through regular on-site meetings
n
- Helping subcontractors meet their obligations of delivering high quality workmanship
n
- Perform inspections for quality to ensure the quality of workmanship is maintained
n
- Assist in bringing in new trades to fill the growing workload of the business
n
- Complete program reporting with a high level of
n
- Liaise with clients on the progress of their homes
n

Experience/Skills required:

n

n
- Experience managing deliveries of small to medium construction projects– townhouse construction experience is preferable
n
- Ability to accurately interpret plans and specifications
n
- Ability to efficiently prioritise and achieve various project deadlines
n
- Demonstrable negotiation and interpersonal skills
n
- Showing an appetite to further grow own skills and knowledge
