Programmed is currently seeking a Trade Assistant to join our onsite team in Kwinana. Successful applicants should have a strong work ethic and demonstrated commitment to safety. The role will involve but is not limited to the following duties:

- Promote and consistently follow the standards and procedures designed to enable you to work safely and effectively every day.
n
- Responsible for the Cleanliness of Process Equipment Area.
n
- Ensure all safe work systems, procedures and standards are adhered to through frequent monitoring of the processing plant by carrying our routine operating tasks and inspections of the workplace.
n
- Be involved with the fault finding of fixed plant operations.
n
- Communicate with Supervisors, Process Plant Controllers, Mechanical and Electrical Technicians.
n
- Care and basic maintenance of fixed plant equipment.
n
- Complete field leadership activities and participate in site safety program and culture.
n
n
Skills and Experience:
n
n
- Previous mining and/or refinery experience (Essential)
n
- Demonstrated commitment to safety
n
- Must have a Positive Attitude and keen to learn
n
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screen
n
n
