We're looking for an experienced Head Barista to lead the daily beverage operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about quality, consistency and team culture.

As Head Barista, you'll set the benchmark for excellence on bar, ensuring every cup reflects our high standards. You'll work closely with our leadership team to develop the coffee offering, train our baristas and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:

- Lead daily coffee operations, ensuring consistent quality and service
- Oversee beverage preparation, cleanliness and workflow efficiency
- Dial in espresso, manage brew recipes, and maintain equipment with care




- Train, mentor and support baristas at all skill levels
- Manage stock rotation, storage and inventory
- Maintain food safety standards and allergen awareness
- Contribute to menu development and collaborate with suppliers
- Foster a positive, professional and inclusive team culture

About you:

- Minimum 3+ years' experience in specialty coffee
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar Head or Senior Barista role
- Proven ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment
- Confident trainer, communicator and team player
- Calm under pressure, organised, and detail-oriented
- Genuinely passionate about specialty coffee and hospitality
