We are seeking a motivated Pallet Controller/Administrator for a 5-month fixed term contract to cover a paternity leave vacancy. This position offers a prorated salary of $70,000 per annum plus superannuation

n

We are an established and experienced Pallet Management business that supplies Pallet Management Solutions to businesses within Australia and New Zealand. We are a home based office family business that has been in operation for over 18 years. Based in the South Eastern suburbs, we require a Pallet Controller/Administrator to start immediately. The suitable candidate will be confident and strong minded. All training will be provided. We would like the candidate to grow within the business and become a permanent member in our organisation.

Ultimate Pallet Management (UPM) has a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the pallet industry which enable customers to receive professional excellence regarding their Pallet Accounts. Each customer has a unique business structure and therefore requires individual solutions to cater for their business.



UPM provides professional, tailored management services, ensuring our customers peace of mind in knowing that their account is being handled by professionals.

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

- Proficient in Microsoft excel and word;
n
- Responsible and reliable with a positive attitude and willingness to work;
n
- Police checks will be conducted prior to commencement.

Working closely with the Business Manager Australia and New Zealand, your day to day responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following duties:

n

n
- Raising pallet dockets within the pallet system;
n
- Provide professional reports to management;
n
- Analysing reports, invoices and data;
n
- Liaising with clients, customers trading partners and pallet controllers on a regular basis;
n
- Data Entry.
