As a Childcare Educator, you will build genuine relationships with children and families, support engaging play-based learning experiences, and be a valued member of a close-knit team.

You will be supported by an engaged and hands‑on ownership team who are genuinely invested in your growth and success, with mentoring from experienced Room Leaders and Diploma-qualified educators as you build your career. What You'll Be Doing n

n
- Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
n
- Building and maintaining genuine, trusting relationships with children, families and colleagues.
n
- Assisting with the day-to-day running of your room, helping maintain a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment.
n
- Observing and documenting each child's individual development journey.
n




- Working collaboratively with your team and centre leadership to maintain high-quality care.
n
- Contributing to a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
n
- Upholding all obligations under the National Quality Framework and Education and Care Services National Law.

About You nn
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification).
n
- Current Working with Children Check (NSW).
n
- Sound knowledge of the National Quality Standards and EYLF, or a genuine willingness to build this.
n
- A genuine, warm and caring approach to early childhood education.
n
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude.
n
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
n
- Available for part-time hours — let us know your preference when you apply.
