We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to shape the future of maritime training operations. Based full-time in Sydney, you will provide critical planning, coordination, and administrative support for complex maritime and joint collective training exercises. This role requires a professional capable of managing competing priorities in a rapid-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive planning, preparation, and execution support for maritime and joint collective training activities.
- Develop and maintain exercise documentation, operational products, and lessons learned databases.
- Liaise heavily with Joint stakeholders, allied partners, and support agencies to manage exercise schedules and battle rhythms.
- Coordinate participant access to secure facilities,



IT systems, and communications networks.
- Ensure rigorous security, governance, and compliance requirements are met throughout all exercise activities.

Essential Requirements

- Clearance: Must possess an active Top Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) Security Clearance.
- Experience: Demonstrated background in military operations, planning, training, or exercise coordination environments.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of maritime operations, operational art, and the ability to translate objectives into realistic training environments.
- Systems Expertise: Experience using military planning, operations, and Defence IT systems.
- Flexibility: Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required by the Commonwealth.
