As we continue to evolve and expand, we’re looking for experienced Machine Operators to join our amazing production teams. This is a great opportunity to be part of a modern food manufacturing environment, operating high-speed equipment and working alongside a dedicated team to produce ready-made meals for major retail and food brands.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Machine Operator, you’ll take ownership of your line and keep production running smoothly, safely, and efficiently:

Operating and monitoring production machinery at full capacity

Performing machine start-ups, shutdowns and changeovers

Adjusting settings, changing tools, and optimising performance

Troubleshooting faults before escalating to maintenance

Completing quality checks (metal detection, weights, seals, gas checks)

Maintaining GMP standards and ensuring food safety compliance

Working closely with production, QA and maintenance teams

What You Bring

Experience as a Machine Operator in food manufacturing

Confidence with machine start-ups, changeovers and troubleshooting

Understanding of quality checks and food safety (GMP, HACCP)

Ability to read and follow SOPs / work instructions

Strong attention to detail and safety mindset

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

Basic computer skills (MES or similar systems preferred)
