This is an opportunity to join a highly respected Australian technology and cyber services provider delivering cloud, infrastructure, security, and modern workplace solutions to enterprise, government, healthcare, and professional services clients across Australia.

You’ll play a key role in both pre‑sales solution design and hands‑on project delivery, working across a wide variety of Microsoft cloud, infrastructure, endpoint, networking, and security technologies.

This is a senior, client-facing role suited to someone who combines strong technical depth with commercial awareness, communication skills, and the ability to lead projects from discovery through to successful handover.

The Opportunity
As the Solutions Specialist, you will:

- Design and deliver complex cloud and infrastructure solutions
- Lead technical discovery workshops and client engagements
- Scope, estimate, and contribute to Statements of Work (SoWs)
- Deliver Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint management, and migration projects
- Support pre‑sales activities with technical expertise and architecture guidance
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to internal teams
- Ensure projects are delivered cleanly, securely, and with strong operational handover documentation

You’ll work closely with architects, delivery teams, operations, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, supportable, and commercially viable.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone with:

- Proven experience in a senior MSP consulting, solutions, or project delivery role
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure expertise
- Experience designing and delivering infrastructure and cloud projects end‑to‑end
- Strong endpoint management and security experience
- Excellent documentation and client communication skills
- Experience in pre‑sales, solution design, and technical discovery
- Strong understanding of operational supportability and structured handover processes
- Commercial awareness and the ability to scope projects accurately

Highly Regarded Experience

Experience with any of the following will be highly advantageous:

- ThreatLocker or Airlock Digital
- CrowdStrike
- Citrix Cloud
- VMware or Hyper‑V
- Migration tooling such as BitTitan or AvePoint
- IT Glue / Autotask

Relevant certifications such as:

- Azure Solutions Architect
- Microsoft Cybersecurity certifications
- Microsoft Modern Workplace certifications
- ITIL Foundation
