Our client is a quick growing, Australian owned business specialising in the supply of healthcare equipment used primarily in Community, Aged Care and Hospital settings.
The role
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for building dealer and strategic partnerships across the Queensland network. This is an incredible opportunity for a sales professional to contribute to the growth of a well established business with a strong product portfolio committed to client outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
Development of long term relationships with Dealers and Partners throughout Queensland.
Increasing sales market share and brand awareness through the Dealer and Partner channel.
Identifying, developing and securing new Dealer and Partner opportunities.
Working closely with existing customers to grow and increase engagement across the product portfolio.
Supporting dealers and partners with product knowledge, sales opportunities and customer engagement.
Providing support to Aged Care and Hospital customers where required.
Building strong relationships with occupational therapists, clinicians, procurement teams and other key decision makers.
Managing a robust pipeline to cross sell products and solutions.
Maintaining accurate customer activity and records within the company's CRM system.
About you:
An experienced Partnerships Manager, Business Development Manager or Account Manager within the healthcare, medical equipment, assistive technology or related sector.
Experienced in managing B2B customers, preferably dealers, distributors, resellers or strategic channel partners.
A strong understanding of relationship based channel sales.
Experience working with Occupational Therapists, Clinicians, Aged Care providers and Hospital customers.
A strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales and growth targets.
