Customer Service Coordinator - Power & HVAC

As a Customer Service Coordinator within our Power & HVAC team, you'll play a critical role in supporting customers and operations across Western Australia.

n

No two days are the same as you coordinate equipment hires, transport, servicing, breakdowns and customer enquiries, ensuring customers receive the right solution at the right time.

n

Working closely with customers, technicians, transport providers and internal teams, you'll balance multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service and operational support, always with a strong focus on safety.

n

You'll enjoy variety in your role including

n

n
- Coordinating equipment deliveries, collections and off-hires
n
- Sourcing equipment from across the Coates network to meet customer requirements
n
- Preparing quotes and converting hires into active contracts
n
- Liaising with customers regarding equipment requirements and site access
n
- Coordinating servicing schedules, maintenance activities and inductions
n
- Managing equipment breakdowns and arranging repairs or swap-outs
n
- Working closely with workshop, transport and technical teams to ensure equipment readiness
n
- Processing invoicing, purchase orders, billing and general administration tasks
n
- Resolving customer queries and disputed invoicesBuilding strong relationships with customers and stakeholders across the business

What You'll Bring

- Experience in a coordination, scheduling, customer service or administration role within a quick-paced operational environment
n
- The ability to manage multiple competing priorities, deadlines and customer requests simultaneouslyStrong customer service and problem-solving skills with confidence managing customer enquiries, complaints and disputes professionally
n
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail across quoting, invoicing and administrative tasks
n
- Confidence working with a broad range of stakeholders including customers, transport providers, contractors, technicians and operational teams
n
- Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to take ownership and work independently
n
- A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and supporting Coates' Zero Harm culture
n
- Technical aptitude and a willingness to learn Power & HVAC products and services
n
- Exposure to equipment hire, HVAC, transport, logistics, mining, construction or industrial environments will be highly regarded
