MN Spraybooths is an Australian owned and operated spray booth manufacturer recognized for supplying a broad range of high-performance spray paint booths and body shop systems that is second to none.

Located in Pakenham Victoria, our fully equipped workshop manufactures custom parts and projects in-house for nationwide distribution and installation.

n

We have a new opening for an experienced Sheet Metal Worker to join our manufacturing team.

n

Whether you have previous experience, fully qualified, or close to finishing your apprenticeship and looking for an opportunity to work whilst completing studies, our company will support the right candidate.

n

The job involves:

n

Daily manufacture of sheet metal ductwork using a variety of metals and machinery to form and shape patterns.

n

Aspects of mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum light to medium fabrication

n

Cutting, shaping, and assembling sheet metal components

n

Using workshop machinery such as press brakes, guillotines, and rollers

n

Reading and interpreting basic technical drawings

n

Welding and finishing work

n

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

n

Supporting all areas to meet manufacturing needs

n

Skills required for the position:

n

Fabrication of duct work and sheet metal joinery.

n

Ability to work in a team and with minimum supervision.

n





Good eye for detail and accuracy with measurements.

n

Reliable and punctual.

n

A positive and keen to learn attitude.

n

Ability to learn quickly by following instructions.

n

Easy going and friendly persona.

n

Forklift license advantage or willingness to undertake training if required.

n

Skills and experiencesought:

n

Previous experience in the manufacturing of sheet metal products and ductwork is preferable, though on the job training will be provided.

n

Previous experience with the use of machinery to form and shape sheet metal patterns.

n
