About the Role

We are seeking a full‑time Customer Service Agent & Delivery Driver to join our team, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.

The primary focus of this role is delivering customer orders throughout Sydney using a company van and iPad, while providing reliable and friendly service to our customers.

You’ll be an important face of the business on the road, helping ensure our customers receive their orders accurately, on time and with the level of service they expect from us.

Occasional regional deliveries may also be required,



including trips throughout Regional NSW and Canberra and, from time to time, overnight stays.

When you’re not on the road, you’ll work alongside the team to assist with customer enquiries, process orders, receive stock, complete stocktakes and support general day-to-day operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering customer orders throughout Sydney in a company van.
- Using an iPad to manage deliveries, confirm orders and communicate with the team.
- Collecting and receiving stock from suppliers and assisting with order preparation.
- Providing friendly and professional service to customers during deliveries.
- Handling customer orders and enquiries when not on the road.
- Planning and communicating delivery requirements with the team.
- Completing stocktakes and general administrative tasks as required.
- Helping the wider team wherever needed to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Our office is located in Menangle, NSW.

What We Offer

- Full‑time Monday to Friday hours,



8am to 4pm.
- Weekly pay. $65,000–$70,000 + super, depending on experience
- Company vehicle provided for deliveries.

Essential Requirements

- Current Australian Driver Licence with a strong driving record.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good computer literacy.
- Professional presentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
- Willingness to travel throughout Regional NSW and Canberra, including occasional overnight stays.
- Physically capable of assisting with warehouse, stock and operational activities.
- A flexible, practical and hands‑on approach.
