Centacare Early Learning & Care (CELC) is seeking an experienced and passionate Kindy Teacher to join our vibrant and dedicated early childhood education team. This casual position supports our team at the Catholic Childcare and Community Kindergarten in Redlynch, ensuring continuity of care and quality education during staff absences, leave periods, or peak times.

This role is ideal for a dynamic and flexible early childhood teacher who thrives in diverse learning environments and values community connection, cultural respect, and inclusive practices.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and uphold high standards of care in line with national regulations
- Deliver an inclusive, engaging educational program
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children
- Actively engage and participate in activities with enthusiasm
- Supervise children effectively and manage any behavioural challenges with confidence
- Keep the learning environment clean and safe at all times
- Foster healthy partnerships through respectful communication with families, team members, and the community

Your Skills and Experience:

- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent (ACECQA-approved qualification)
- Current QCT (Queensland College of Teachers) registration
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Current First Aid, CPR,



Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications
- Excellent communication, planning, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining consistency in practice
- Valid driver's licence
