Experienced Medical Receptionist South West Sydney Dermatology

We are a well-established and highly respected modern Dermatology practice, conveniently located in the heart of Liverpool CBD. Our practice provides a comprehensive range of Medical, Surgical and Cosmetic Dermatology services.

We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care while maintaining a professional, friendly and supportive workplace. Our reception and medical teams work collaboratively in a positive and flexible environment where every team member is valued.

We are looking for a professional, experienced and team-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our friendly and dedicated team.

This position would suit someone who enjoys working in a specialist medical workplace, takes pride in delivering an outstanding patient experience and is looking for a stable, rewarding role within a supportive team.

We are open to full-time or part-time applicants (2–3 days per week), with remuneration commensurate with skills and experience.

The Role:

Working closely with our Principal Dermatologist, Practice Manager and experienced reception team,



your responsibilities will include:

- Providing a warm, professional and welcoming experience for patients
- Managing specialist appointments, patient enquiries and telephone communications
- Coordinating patient bookings and ensuring the smooth flow of daily clinics
- Providing specialist medical reception and patient management
- Processing payments, billing and general administrative duties
- Liaising professionally with doctors, patients and other healthcare providers
- Working collaboratively with our dedicated reception and medical teams
- Maintaining a high standard of confidentiality, accuracy and patient care
