We are seeking a skilled UEM Technical Specialist to join a leading Australian Organisation.

You will play a vital role in managing and enhancing our endpoint services across Windows, Mac, and mobile environments, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement.

Duration:6 month contract + potential extensions
Location:Richmond. 3 days in office / week

As the selected candidate, you will:

- Design, deliver, and support endpoint services to meet business requirements and standards.
- Maintain and evolve the organisation’s Windows, Mac, and mobile environment, providing operational support aligned with Service Level Agreements.
- Participate in planning and executing infrastructure upgrades, patches, and major releases to minimise impact.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with applications and technical tools.
- Drive continuous improvement across services, processes, and support functions.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams, stakeholders, and external service providers to implement innovative solutions.
- Contribute to strategic decisions around endpoint device management and technology upgrades.
- Support a 24/7 operational roster, ensuring stability and security of IT services.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Extensive hands‑on experience managing large, complex operational IT environments in 24/7 capacity.
- Strong expertise in Windows, Mac, and mobile technology support, including design and support of infrastructure solutions.




- Proven experience leading large-scale endpoint service transformations and supporting infrastructure projects.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills at all organisational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement, automation, and operational efficiencies.
- Knowledge of IT security principles and standards.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, tailored to varied audiences.
- Technical knowledge of modern management platforms such as VMWare Workspace ONE or Microsoft InTune.
- Experience with Windows 10 SOE, application packaging, and deployment tools like Microsoft Auto Pilot.
- Familiarity with managing iOS, Android, and MacOS endpoints, along with relevant management tools like SCCM, AD, Group Policy, and Office365.

It is desirable if you have:

- Experience with VMware and AWS cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of Single Sign-On technologies including Kerberos, SAML, and OAuth.
- Strong project management skills and requirements gathering experience.
- Existing understanding of Australia Post’s IT setting is highly regarded.
