Our newpub and function centre is opening soon, and we're looking for enthusiastic, bubbly and reliable people to join our team acrossFront of House, Bar and Supervisory positions.
n
Positions are also available to commence immediately at another pub location, giving successful applicants the opportunity to gain experience with our team before the new venue opens.
n
About the role:
n
We havecasual and part time positions available, with opportunities for you to take on additional responsibility and progress into supervisory roles.
n
You'll be working in a fast-paced hospitality environment where great customer service, teamwork and attention to detail are key.
n
What you'll be doing:
n
n
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
n
- Serving alcohol responsibly and adhering to all RSA requirements
n
- Taking orders and processing POS and cash transactions
n
- Preparing and serving drinks
n
- Basic cocktail preparation and bar service
n
- Running food and assisting with table service
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming venue
n
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures
n
- Working as part of a team during busy service periods
n
- For Supervisors: supporting staff, helping coordinate service and assisting management with the day-to-day operation of the venue
n
n
About you:
n
n
- Friendly, approachable and confident working with customers
n
- Reliable, punctual and willing to be part of a team
n
- Comfortable working in a busy hospitality environment
n
- Able to communicate effectively with customers and other team members
n
- Legally able to work in Australia and an Australian resident for tax purposes
n
- Able to reliably travel to and from work, with your own means of transport
n
n
18+ with a valid RSA
n
Bar, cocktail or hospitality experience ispreferred but not essential for FOH roles,
n
Bar supervisors are required to have a minimum of 1 year's bar experience
n
