Job Description

As Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day warehouse operations and managing a medium-sized team to ensure stock, orders and deliveries are handled efficiently and accurately.

Key responsibilities include:

n

- Managing and coordinating a medium-sized warehouse team
n
- Stock management and maintaining accurate inventory records
n
- Stock rotation and ensuring products are stored correctly
n
- Receiving, checking and distributing incoming orders
n
- Organising deliveries and dispatches
n
- Coordinating exports and deliveries
n
- Preparing orders accurately and ensuring they are dispatched on time
n
- Completing and maintaining warehouse paperwork and documentation
n
- Using computer systems to manage stock, orders and warehouse information
n
- Coordinating daily warehouse activities and prioritising workloads
n
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised warehouse environment
n
- Supporting the wider warehouse team with general duties when required
n

About You

n

The successful candidate will ideally have:

n

n
- 2–3+ years' experience in a warehouse environment
n




- A valid Forklift Licence
n
- Previous experience supervising or leading a warehouse team
n
- Solid stock management and organisational skills
n
- Experience with stock rotation, receiving and distributing orders
n
- Good computer skills and the ability to use warehouse systems
n
- Strong attention to detail and administration skills
n
- Excellent communication and team-management abilities
n
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
n
- Construction, building supplies or related industry experience is highly advantageous
n
