About the Role:
As a Guest Experience Attendant, you’ll be the face of Village Cinemas, ensuring each guest has a seamless and memorable visit. Reporting to the site senior leaders, you’ll play an essential role in creating an inviting atmosphere. Your responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests with a warm welcome and assisting with ticketing, food and beverage choices, and seating.
- Deliver exceptional service across all stages of the guest journey that keeps guests coming back.
- Keeping our cinemas spotless, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for all.
- Contribute to a safe working environment, report hazard and incidents utilising the OHS system in a timely manner.
About You:
We’re looking for positive, friendly individuals who thrive in a team environment and have a passion for creating great guest experiences. While previous customer service experience is helpful, what matters most is:
- A genuine commitment to guest service and creating memorable moments.
- Team spirit, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail, strong communication skills and pride in maintaining high standards.
- With excellent movies come excellent responsibilities! We're looking for team members who are available across evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
