About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital leadership role in delivering high-quality clinical care while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life for all residents.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering safe, evidence-based, person-centred nursing care
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting care staff and allied health aides
- Coordinating clinical assessments, care planning, and medication management




- Responding confidently to clinical emergencies
- Supporting senior clinical management to maintain best practice standards
- Fulfilling site leadership responsibilities (e.g., First Aid Officer, Fire Warden) when on duty
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in line with regulatory requirements
- Fostering a culture of safety, respect, and continuous quality improvement

About You

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum one year's post-registration nursing experience
- Current CPR certification
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Full Australian working rights OR eligibility for onshore sponsorship (demonstrated strong experience required)
- Sound clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal capabilities
- Previous experience in Residential Aged Care
- Postgraduate qualifications in Aged Care or a related clinical field
- Familiarity with aged care funding models (e.g., AN-ACC)
