Ben's Cleaning Townsville – Townsville QLD

n

Perform general and detailed cleaning of commercial premises, including offices, schools, childcare centres, retail spaces, residential homes, and public facilities

n

Clean and sanitise floors, carpets, walls, surfaces, fixtures, and fittings

n

Clean and maintain toilets, washrooms, and amenities to hygiene standards

n

Empty bins, manage waste disposal, and recycling

n

Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, carpet cleaners, and pressure cleaners

n

Safely handle and use cleaning chemicals and materials in line with safety data sheets (SDS)

n

Follow cleaning schedules, checklists, and client-specific requirements

n

Identify and report maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards

n

Comply with all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS)



policies and procedures

n

Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respect for client property

n

Minimum 1+ years of commercial cleaning experience required

n

Position requires availability to work standard business hours

n

What We're Looking For

n

Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

n

A positive, 'can do' attitude and the ability to work independently

n

At least 12 months of experience in commercial cleaning

n

Salary & Benefits

$71,500k per year plus superannuation
