The Role
We are looking for a Retail Assistant Manager to manage our much-loved shop in Pialba!
This is a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same. As a Retail Assistant Manager, you'll support the day-to-day operations of the store while championing sustainable fashion, community connection, and commercial success. You’ll bring strong leadership and a proactive mindset to drive store performance, implement best practices, and help grow our local retail presence. You understand the value of personalised customer service and are passionate about creating a positive,
engaging experience for both customers and the local community.

This is a Permanent, Full-Time (38hours per week) role based in Pialba.The standard roster for this role will be Tuesday - Saturday.
What you’ll bring:
- Your experience – previous experience in retail including merchandising, cash handling, workplace health and safety and effective communication skills
- An eye for sustainable fashion and repurposing with purpose – ensuring our customers find their next hidden treasure
