We are looking for an organised and proactive Sales & Logistics Administrator to join our busy team.

Sales & Logistics Administrator

This is a varied role supporting our day-to-day sales, customer service and logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with customer enquiries
- Preparing quotations and following up with customers
- Processing UK customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Monitoring daily deliveries and following up on any issues or delays
- Keeping customer order and delivery trackers up to date
- Maintaining accurate digital sales records and filing
- Lead generation
- Assisting with import and export orders and shipments
- General administration and data entry as required

About You

We are looking for someone who is organised,



reliable and comfortable working in a busy workplace where priorities can change throughout the day.

The Successful Candidate Will Have

- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage several tasks at once
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
- A proactive approach to following up outstanding actions
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Previous experience in sales administration, Sage 50 professional, customer service, logistics or import/export would be advantageous, but not necessary as full training will be given.
