Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or are working towards an approved qualification

Have a genuine commitment to children’s safety, wellbeing and development

Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues

Are reliable, qualified and willing to contribute to a strong team culture

Hold, or are willing to obtain, the required Working With Children Check and other role‑specific requirements
