Homes Victoria is seeking a Principal Project Manager to lead the redevelopment of high-rise tower sites, delivering under the Government's Housing Statement. You will work in a collaborative and cutting-edge team focused on project delivery.

You will provide pro-active leadership, oversee consultancies and contractors, coordinate procurement, budget, contracts, risk and reporting, and engage with Councils and authorities to progress the projects.
