Blenners Transport is seeking aTrade QualifiedHVAC Refrigeration Mechanicto join the workshop team at their Brisbane (Darra) Depot. Working Monday - Friday 6am to 4pm plus rostered Saturdays 6am to 11:15am. This hands‑on role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a fleet of heavy commercial vehicle refrigerated trailers, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Service and repair Thermo-King, Carrier, and automatic air conditioning units




- Carry out preventative maintenance on refrigeration systems
- Ensure compliance with environmental and refrigerant handling regulations
- Accurately record parts used and complete job documentation
- Diagnose and repair refrigeration systems on heavy commercial vehicles and trailers
- Perform inspections and testing to ensure trailer refrigeration units meet operational and safety standards

Role Requirements

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience working in Road Transport highly regarded
- ARC certified RHL
- Knowledge of (Kenworth & Isuzu Trucks, and Cummins Power Plants), (BPW, Meritor and Hendrickson Suspension Systems), Eaton Driveline Components, (ThermoKing & Carrier Fridge Units), and truck air conditioner repairs & servicing.
- Solid attention to detail and safety-first mindset
- Physical fitness and ability to handle manual tasks
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
