Specsavers Port Melbourne is seeking a 12-month fixed-term full-time role focused on developing our career development programs for clinicians in AU/NZ.

You will help create pathways, training resources and engagement initiatives to grow capability and retention across AU/NZ, reporting to the Head of Professional Development ANZ and collaborating with Partners and stakeholders to deliver CPD programs and recognition activities that enhance patient care and clinician growth.
