About the Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate part-time or full-time employed Psychologist (minimum of 3 days per week) to join our growing Assessment and Intervention Teams.

This unique role offers the opportunity to combine both intervention and assessment work within a varied and rewarding caseload. You will work with children and adolescents across clinic, school, home and community settings, providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions while also contributing to comprehensive psychological and developmental assessments.

The intervention component of the role focuses on supporting children and young people to improve emotional regulation, social skills, behavioural outcomes, adaptive functioning, mental health and overall quality of life. You will collaborate closely with families, educators, support networks and other allied health professionals to deliver meaningful, person-centred outcomes.

You will complete psychological and developmental assessments, including clinical interviews, psychometric testing, diagnostic formulation, feedback sessions and comprehensive reports. Working within our multidisciplinary diagnostic team, you will contribute to assessments for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Intellectual Disability (ID),



learning disorders and childhood developmental delays.

This role is ideal for a Psychologist who enjoys a diverse caseload, values collaboration and is passionate about supporting children and families through both assessment and intervention services.

Skills and Qualifications

AHPRA Registered Psychologist

Experience working with children and adolescents

Experience providing evidence-based interventions such as CBT, ACT

Experience administering, scoring and interpreting psychological assessments

Strong understanding of autism, ADHD, intellectual disability and developmental delay

Strong report writing and diagnostic formulation skills

Experience facilitating social skills, emotional regulation or behavioural interventions

Experience providing assessment feedback sessions to families and clients

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Police Check

Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle

Experience within the disability sector

Experience completing ASD and ADHD diagnostic assessments and providing evidence-based recommendations

ADOS and MIGDAS certified

Knowledge of NDIS frameworks and funding

Experience working with positive behaviour support principles

Experience participating in multidisciplinary diagnostic assessments
