We are seeking Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional care in an aged care setting located near Yackandandah VIC. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and caring professional who enjoys working in a adaptable, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality, person centered care to residents.
- Monitor and assess resident health, administering medications and treatments as required.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure best practice care.
- Ensure resident safety and comfort, promoting dignity and independence.
- Support and educate families and staff on care-related matters.
- Comply with regulatory and clinical standards, including Aged Care Quality Standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous experience in an aged care setting is preferred, but not essential.
- 2025/2026 Influenza Vaccine Record
- Ideally with NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Australian Police Check (or willingness to undergo one)
- Full working rights in Australia (NO visa sponsorships offered)
