Our purpose-built centre has been thoughtfully designed to create sophisticated learning sanctuaries where curiosity, exploration and discovery thrive.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate, dedicated and experienced Diploma Qualified Educator to join our professional team of early childhood educators.





The successful candidate will be committed to providing high-quality education and care, building meaningful relationships with children and families, and contributing to a collaborative team culture. You will bring enthusiasm, creativity and a robust understanding of child development, while supporting children's learning through intentional teaching and play-based experiences.

We are looking for an educator who values continuous improvement, embraces reflective practice and demonstrates a genuine commitment to achieving positive outcomes for children.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, implement and evaluate developmentally appropriate learning programs and experiences that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline (QKLG) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Support children's learning, development and wellbeing through responsive and intentional teaching practices.
- Lead, mentor and collaborate with fellow educators to promote best practice in early childhood education and care.
- Build positive, respectful and trusting relationships with children, families and colleagues, fostering a strong sense of belonging and community.
- Observe, document and assess children's learning and development, maintaining accurate records and communicating progress with families in a respectful and professional manner.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service through reflective practice, critical reflection and quality improvement processes.
- Maintain compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations, service policies and procedures, and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Actively contribute to creating a safe, inclusive and culturally responsive environment where every child is respected, valued and supported.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- A collaborative and professional approach to teamwork

Essential Requirements

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working towards)
- Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Current First Aid, CPR and Child Protection training (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous experience working across a variety of age groups within an early childhood setting
