One Stop Joinery is seeking an experienced and results driven Sales & Estimating Manager to join our established commercial joinery business.

This is a key role focused on developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with builders, developers and key clients, and securing new commercial joinery projects.

About the role

As our Sales & Estimating Manager, you will play a key role in driving new business and supporting the continued growth of the company.

Working closely with our team, you will identify and pursue new opportunities, develop and maintain strong client relationships, and manage opportunities from initial enquiry through to project award.

Key responsibilities

Identifying and pursuing new commercial joinery opportunities

Developing and maintaining solid relationships with builders, developers and key clients

Building and managing a strong pipeline of upcoming projects

Generating new leads and developing relationships with prospective clients

Monitoring the market for upcoming tenders and project opportunities

Reviewing architectural drawings, specifications and tender documentation

Preparing accurate and competitive estimates for commercial joinery projects

Completing quantity take-offs and assessing labour, material and installation requirements





Oversee and work closely with the Estimating team on suitable tender opportunities

Following up tenders, quotations and prospective projects

Understanding client requirements and helping position the business competitively

Maintaining relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for repeat work

Supporting commercial discussions and negotiations throughout the sales process

Monitoring market activity and identifying potential areas for business growth

Providing regular updates on sales activity, opportunities and pipeline progress

About you

Proven experience in sales or business development within commercial joinery, fitout or commercial construction

In-depth knowledge of the commercial joinery and fitout market

Proven experience with commercial tendering and project procurement processes

Established industry relationships and networks will be highly regarded

Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills

Confidence engaging with builders, developers and key decision-makers

A demonstrated ability to identify, develop and convert new business opportunities

Highly organised with a proactive approach to managing and following up opportunities
